Green Tech High Charter School works hard to maintain full transparency with the families we serve and with the wider Albany community. As a public charter school in New York State, we are accountable to our students, our authorizer, and the public — and we take that responsibility seriously. Every handbook, safety plan, financial disclosure, and governance record below is published so that anyone can see how our school operates and how decisions are made.

In accordance with New York State law, including the Freedom of Information Law (FOIL), the Open Meetings Law, and the reporting requirements that govern New York charter schools, Green Tech High maintains and makes available board meeting minutes, annual reports, performance data, federal funding plans, and a published list of the records the school holds. Student privacy is protected at the same time under the federal Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and New York's Education Law §2-d, so families always know who may access their son's information and how it is safeguarded.
