Memo — How to Try Out for a Team

All three steps must be completed in order for your son to try out and attend practices for the team. Paperwork must be approved by the Athletic Director in order to clear athletes.

• The student-athlete must be accepted and enrolled as a Green Tech student.
• Proof of a physical completed in the last 12 months must be on record at the school health office.
• A sports packet must be filled out completely for emergency medical purposes as well as rules and expectations. Packets are also available at school.

• Freshman ONLY: begins Monday 9/9, Mondays 3:15pm–4:30pm (days subject to change).
• Upperclassmen ONLY: open gym begins Tuesday 9/10, Tuesdays & Thursdays 3:15pm–4:30pm (days & times subject to change).

Notice — Soccer Tryouts / Season

The fall soccer program is led by Head JV Coach H. Berriche. Practice schedules and tryout details are shared by the coach once rosters are set.

• JV soccer is open to enrolled Green Tech students in good academic standing.
• A valid physical and completed sports packet are required before participation.

Watch a Game

• Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Upon request an ID will be needed for verification.
• Upon entry every individual will be required to proceed through metal detection and security.
• Fees for games are $3 per person.
• No ski masks or face coverings worn in the building.
• No drugs or alcohol permitted on school grounds.
• Games are live streamed with a cost.
